Mission context
A major Belgian insurer in Brussels needs a hands-on IT Project Test Analyst in IS Non-Life Claims. You combine test analysis, design, execution and management for medium-to-large projects around case management, customer portals and integrations, working with business analysts, architects and developers on end-to-end quality.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business and technical requirements and identify quality risks
- Define and maintain the testing strategy, master test plan, scope and approach
- Design and maintain technical and functional test scenarios and test data
- Execute functional, integration and E2E tests; validate results and process coverage
- Investigate incidents and support root-cause analysis across APIs, integrations and flows
- Monitor test progress, report to stakeholders and manage defect prioritisation
