Mission context
A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Product Owner in Marketing & Communication (Cluster Business Clients) for the Starters segment and pro small-business clients, plus cluster-level strategic projects. You join an agile/Scrum squad as a change agent: translate strategy into a clear mission and backlog, prioritise work, and drive improvements.
Responsibilities
- Capture MarCom needs and translate the annual plan into a squad backlog with cluster lead and strategist
- Prioritise by customer impact, strategic/commercial objectives, and capacity
- Manage and monitor squad backlog, progress, and performance
- Allocate resources across squad/cluster by priority
- Run business reviews/lookbacks to learn and improve
- Collaborate with other Product Owners on flagship projects
- Represent the squad/cluster and help shape way of working and transformation roadmap
