Location detail: Brussels (client office). Remote/telework from Belgium only
Mission context
A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a UX Researcher in the UX research chapter. You support multiple projects across the design cycle, from discovery to evaluative research, and act as an ambassador to promote and strengthen user research practices across teams.
Responsibilities
- Define research plans and tailor methods to project goals; shape the research track from kick-off
- Recruit participants, prepare test materials, run dry-runs and manage test logistics
- Conduct qualitative user research (interviews, tests, diary studies, card sorting and similar)
- Analyse findings, write test reports and debrief stakeholders
- Promote research practices: propose methods and frameworks and involve project teams
