Mission context

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a UX Writer focused on French for the digital product team. You write clear, concise, user-centred microcopy that guides customers through digital products and contributes to the design system, working in cross-functional squads with designers, product experts and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear, actionable microcopy that improves task success and reduces friction
  • Iterate texts after user testing and update the content database with final copy
  • Rephrase and adapt copy from Dutch colleagues into French when needed
  • Document and maintain UX copy guidelines as part of the design system
