About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Business Analyst for cards products and services. You analyse issues and change requests, turn them into clear requirements, and follow implementation through business acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse issues and propose improvements to cards products and services
  • Analyse and evaluate change requests
  • Identify solutions with delivery colleagues and evaluate options
  • Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Act as interface with stakeholders and bridge business needs with IT
  • Define business scope, target operating model and business/IT interfaces
  • Follow up implementation of the change, including business acceptance testing
