About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Business Analyst on fraud tools: software that helps the bank fight fraud and keep a coherent prevention strategy. You combine expert business analysis with Agile ideation and refinement to deliver those features, and you work with product owners and delivery teams to turn needs into clear, testable requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis for end-to-end features and run ideation/refinement until the feature is ready to build
  • Help stakeholders express needs, challenge them on efficiency and strategic fit, and document requirements with mock-ups and visuals
  • Translate needs into requirements for the target solution so delivery colleagues can progress autonomously
  • Prepare and take part in end-to-end testing; report progress, defects and risks
  • Support change management and monitor adoption at go-live
  • Identify and manage constraints, impediments, risks and issues, and share status transparently
