About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Business Analyst for investment services, with a focus on custody (event and position management) and SRD 2 compliance. You work on new investment services for retail and private banking clients and keep them aligned with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Determine business and functional requirements for SRD 2 compliance on custody (event and position management)
  • Run impact analysis across business, regulatory, legal and process requirements
  • Refine solutions with the product owner and estimate cost and business case
  • Keep development teams supplied with the information they need and take part in agile ceremonies
  • Lead change activities through launch, go-to-market and IT release
  • Gather, understand and challenge needs from sales, legal and compliance
