About the role
A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Initiative Owner to lead replacement of the current fraud investigation application landscape. You steer this programme through Agile delivery, keep investigation, product, architecture and risk stakeholders aligned, and take a future-ready platform through to go-to-market.
Responsibilities
- Steer the fraud-investigation tooling replacement in line with Agile delivery
- Clarify purpose, value and KPIs for the initiative
- Prioritise workstreams into a validated delivery roadmap
- Align product owners, architects, security, risk and IT so needs stay covered
- Monitor scope, quality, budget, timing and risks through go-to-market
- Prepare budget requests and track spend
- Brief middle and senior management with clear, persuasive progress updates
