About the role

A Belgian bank in Brussels is recruiting a Product Owner in Marketing & Communication for the Starters segment and pro small-business clients, plus related strategic projects. You join an agile/Scrum delivery team: turn strategy into a clear mission and backlog, prioritise work, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Capture MarCom needs and translate the annual plan into a product backlog with the lead and strategist
  • Prioritise by customer impact, strategic/commercial objectives, and capacity
  • Manage and monitor the product backlog, progress, and performance
  • Allocate resources by priority
  • Run business reviews/lookbacks to learn and improve
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners on flagship projects
  • Represent the team and help shape way of working and transformation roadmap
