About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Senior Data Analyst on AML and KYC data for its Data Services team. You use deep Financial Security domain knowledge to drive data-centric solutions — from ideation and requirements through delivery, testing and reporting — so business and IT stay aligned on KYC, AML and related controls.

Responsibilities

  • Drive data-centric solutions using deep KYC, AML and Financial Security knowledge
  • Run business analysis from ideation through delivery, including business cases and continuous improvement
  • Map existing data flows, roles and usage; identify data issues and define target solutions
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects and SMEs to validate requirements and keep traceability
  • Translate business needs into test conditions and support solution validation
  • Facilitate delivery through testing, change management and report/dashboard creation
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
