About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Senior Product Owner for credit initiatives. You own the product backlog, turn business and regulatory needs into product increments, and keep each sprint coherent for the delivery team.

Responsibilities

  • Define objectives and deliverables for credit initiatives and lead ideation into product increments
  • Prioritise features against business challenges, technical constraints and user feedback
  • Maintain the initiative backlog with measurable acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master so sprint deliverables stay high quality
  • Build regulatory and legal requirements into design and validate impacts with compliance and risk
  • Measure impact with metrics such as processing time, error rates and user satisfaction, then propose improvements
  • Train advisors and credit analysts on new features and communicate progress through demos and updates
