About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile transformation inside Marketing & Communications. You facilitate agile working across two to three teams, coach roles and values, and continuously improve ways of working beyond day-to-day ceremony facilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive change and agility across your area and the delivery teams you support
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies at multi-team and team level
  • Steer the continuous-improvement cycle toward the most impactful improvements with the Product Owner, team and stakeholders
  • Foster an agile culture and healthy team dynamics
  • Help resolve blockers and streamline processes while growing maturity, ownership and autonomy
  • Coach and facilitate both doing and being agile
