Location detail: Brussels (5 min walk from Central Station) - hybrid ~50% on site / 50% homeworking. Occasional travel to Paris (2 days per year, ~2 short trips). Remote/telework from Belgium only

About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Business Analyst on instant payments. You coordinate product deliveries and run deep analysis with business and IT from requirements through solution design, then stay close until go-live. The work is end-to-end: cash management, business lines, product architecture, IT and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and follow up delivery of features so they stay aligned with the roadmap and business objectives
  • Act as the point of contact for features: gather feedback, answer questions and challenge assumptions
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and operations
  • Organise and lead workshops with cash management, business lines, product architects, IT and operations
