About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels builds and maintains its consumer-credit services in agile teams. It needs a Senior Java Developer who combines analysis, design, development, testing and integration to deliver a working product at the end of every sprint.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and test valuable software increments within an agile team
  • Contribute across analysis, design, development, testing and integration
  • Deliver the sprint backlog prioritised by the Product Owner on added value
  • Collaborate closely with the other team members and share knowledge
  • Apply the bank's methods, standards, security procedures and development tooling
