About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Program Manager to own the Cards program plans, governance and delivery. You steer program boards, capacity and risk with business and IT partners, and keep an international shared-platform Cards agenda moving with group stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Own development and management of the Cards program plans
  • Run program governance and stakeholder management across business, IT, group and suppliers
  • Lead or support program boards and steering committees
  • Monitor delivery, report progress, and manage risks and issues
  • Plan capacity and resources; drive program delivery
  • Steer budget and business-case financials for the program
