About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Scrum Master for investment-domain agile delivery. You are the reference for Scrum on the project team — facilitate ceremonies, coach the team and stakeholders, remove blockers, and can act as feature delivery owner when work spans multiple dependencies.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective and related meetings
  • Schedule and follow the key steps of the Scrum methodology
  • Help the team clear obstacles and protect them from outside distractions
  • Support the Product Owner on the Product Backlog and Definition of Done
  • Track capacity and velocity for planning and progress
  • Coach and challenge the team toward self-organisation and continuous improvement
  • Report on Scrum deployment and manage risks and issues
  • Act as feature delivery owner when features span multiple dependencies
