Location detail: Brussels (5 min walk from Central Station) - hybrid ~50% on site / 50% homeworking (more on site during onboarding or delivery peaks). Remote/telework from Belgium only

About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Senior Business Analyst on its CSRD (EU sustainability reporting) programme in Finance. The 2025 CSRD edition is in aftercare; this mandate also steers preparation of the 2026 annual-report edition. You assess how related ESG-risk and reporting initiatives line up with CSRD, and you keep Finance, Risk, Data, Compliance, Sustainability, Facilities and HR stakeholders moving on the same plan.

Responsibilities

  • Assimilate the CSRD framework and what it changes for the bank
  • Read disclosure requirements and turn them into implementable work
  • Assess data needs, compare with what exists, and run or support the data-gap analysis
  • Set up and run the CSRD / ESRS stakeholder group across Finance, Risk, Data, Business, Compliance, Sustainability, Facilities and HR
  • Keep the project plan, roadmap and resourcing current and report into CSRD governance
  • Monitor progress against deadlines and support stream leads on delivery
  • Contribute to alignment with group entities on CSRD
