About the role
A major Belgian bank in Brussels is strengthening its Know Your Customer (KYC) delivery team for a KYC front-end application. As Senior Business Analyst, you own a portion of the team's analysis activities — eliciting and documenting business and solution requirements, designing workflows, and bridging business stakeholders with IT developers and testers in a scaled agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements for the KYC front-end application
- Work closely with Product Owners, architects and SMEs to identify high-level requirements and design new business processes
- Define detailed product requirements, use cases and application performance metrics
- Transition requirements and use cases to designers and developers and review designs and prototypes
- Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing
- Maintain requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis across the project lifecycle
