About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Senior Data Analyst as Marketing & Communication Performance Analyst. You analyse campaigns, communications and events, build dashboards and KPIs, and turn performance data into decisions that improve marketing strategies and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse campaigns, communications and events performance and recommend actions to optimise marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for delivery effectiveness, customer behaviour and market trends
  • Identify improvement areas and recommend data-driven solutions for customer experience, conversion and revenue
  • Document, support and train users on tools used to analyse marketing and communications performance
