About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Senior Digital Business Analyst on digital channels for corporate-banking customers. This mandate covers customer and employee journeys for professional loans — from credit acquisition through transactional and reporting needs. You combine business analysis, product discovery and data-driven decisions so digital initiatives stay aligned with strategy, customer value and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and run discovery so customer needs, business objectives and pain points become clear opportunities
  • Own stakeholder engagement for the projects in scope and keep progress, timelines and objectives aligned
  • Recommend feasible solutions that balance customer value, business impact, cost and delivery constraints
  • Support testing, prepare change-management materials and close incidents with functional analysts and developers
  • Align digital solutions with channel, marketing/product and process counterparts
  • Lead product-discovery and analysis studies (journeys, MVP, mock-ups, business cases) for management and product boards
