About the role

A major Belgian insurer in Brussels needs a Senior Technical Analyst on content and communication platforms. You sit between architects and developers: design technical solutions for document and email generation, outbound communication (electronic and paper), archiving, and automated process orchestration, and keep those platforms maintainable across business domains.

Responsibilities

  • Design efficient technical solutions from functional and technical requirements, aligned with architecture standards
  • Ensure a correct rollout across the systems in scope
  • Build detailed knowledge of the technical estate used by applications across business domains
  • Protect long-term quality of the applications and platforms in the domain
  • Prepare and execute test cases and define the regression tests needed
  • Act as the technical contact for the project lead and IT management, and flag risks, delays and impact early
