About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Senior AI Transformation Manager to drive AI-related delivery with product owners, architects and subject-matter experts. The mandate sits on business–technology alignment: requirements, process design and solution continuity across the programme, with solid IT and testing literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI transformation delivery with product owners, architects and SMEs
  • Elicit and document requirements across business and solution views
  • Design business processes and keep requirements traceable for impact analysis
  • Align metrics and performance goals with project and architecture counterparts
  • Support quality reviews so designs and prototypes fulfil the agreed requirements
