About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (IT) to elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements on programmes that combine banking processes with AI and data capabilities. You work closely with product owners, architects and subject-matter experts to develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, design new business processes, and foster reuse of that knowledge across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements
  • Work with product owners, architects and SMEs to understand strategies, develop domain knowledge and identify high-level requirements
  • Analyse and design new business processes
  • Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
  • Define metrics and performance goals with the project manager, architects and delivery team
  • Transition requirements and use cases to designers and ensure a clear, complete understanding
  • Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance and UAT
  • Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis
  • Participate in quality management reviews of designs, prototypes and other requirements work products
  • Plan and execute the BA requirements management strategy through all project phases
  • Partner with internal and external delivery organisations and prioritise BA dependencies
  • Serve as a liaison to the business community
