About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Business Analyst (with some functional analysis) for ServiceNow — the workflow tool that manages end-to-end client requests for employees. You challenge needs against tool fit and strategy, model processes and data, translate requirements so builders can progress, and combine business analysis with agile feature ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and challenge business/client needs against tool fit and tooling strategy; validate requirements (mock-ups, visuals)
  • Model the business using ARIS/UML; analyse and document process and data changes in ServiceNow
  • Translate needs into build requirements and support functional analysis so developers can progress
  • Help prepare and run end-to-end testing of new functionalities
  • Support business onboarding by mapping needs to delivered capabilities (change management)
  • Act as interface between stakeholders with clear oral and written communication
  • Identify and manage constraints, impediments, risks and issues for qualitative on-track delivery
