About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Full-stack Developer (Java and React) for digital solutions used by enterprise clients — web, mobile app and cloud backend. You ship end-to-end features in an agile team, own code quality, and contribute to DevOps (CI/CD).

Responsibilities

  • Translate requirements into high-quality code
  • Design, build and maintain high-performance, reusable applications (Java/Spring backend; React frontend)
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ship new features
  • Integrate external data sources and APIs
  • Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness; apply development best practices
  • Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs and participate in API automation testing
  • Contribute to Ops activities including CI/CD pipelines
