About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels is looking for an Expert Digital Business Analyst to drive development and continuous optimisation of digital channels for business customers. You take end-to-end ownership of transversal initiatives that span multiple products, processes, domains or teams — framing ambiguous opportunities, aligning stakeholders (including Compliance, Legal and Risk), and turning cross-cutting challenges into a clear scope, aligned approach and actionable roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of transversal initiatives from framing and stakeholder alignment through analysis, decision-making and delivery follow-up
  • Lead discovery and assessment of new business ideas before they become formal initiatives
  • Structure complex and ambiguous topics — scope, objectives, governance, stakeholders, dependencies and high-level delivery approach
  • Coordinate across multiple business and delivery domains into a coherent solution
  • Build and maintain stakeholder alignment across delivery teams, business domains, product management, process teams and IT
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend feasible solution options balancing customer value, business impact, cost, risk and constraints
  • Prepare decision-making material for senior stakeholders (opportunity assessments, business cases, impact analyses, roadmaps)
  • Actively manage cross-team dependencies, risks and open decisions
