Location detail: Brussels (5 min walk from Central Station) - hybrid ~50% on site / 50% homeworking. Remote/telework from Belgium only

About the role

A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Senior Data Visualisation Specialist to turn data into clear insights for business stakeholders. You design, develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational decisions, within banking compliance, data governance and security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Capture stakeholder visualisation and reporting needs and turn them into prototypes and dashboards
  • Assemble data for prototyping, then publish, optimise and retire reports under governance guidelines
  • Automate reporting where it improves reliability and reuse
  • Work with data engineers so underlying data assets stay consistent and governed
  • Set and advocate visualisation best practices
  • Document solutions and train users so they get full value from the tools
