About the role
A major Belgian insurer in Brussels needs a Senior Front-End Technical Architect with strong Angular and .NET expertise. You define and promote front-end development standards, support delivery teams, drive technology lifecycle management, and help industrialise web solutions. You also coach and mentor developers as practices and technical maturity evolve, including AI-assisted development where it helps.
Responsibilities
- Define and promote front-end development standards across delivery teams
- Design reusable components, patterns and frameworks for enterprise web applications
- Coach and mentor developers; raise technical maturity and continuous learning
- Drive technology lifecycle management, upgrades and technical-debt reduction
- Produce architecture documentation and present decisions to governance boards
- Assess risks, impacts and dependencies of technology changes
- Contribute to the industrialisation of front-end solutions, including AI-assisted practices where useful
