Location detail: Brussels (5 min walk from Central Station) - hybrid ~50% on site / 50% homeworking. Occasional travel to Paris or Lisbon. Remote/telework from Belgium only
About the role
A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Product Owner for SEPA Direct Debit within corporate cash management and payments. You own creditor and debtor product aspects, PSP connectivity to clearing houses, and agile delivery of receivables-related payment services.
Responsibilities
- Own the SEPA Direct Debit product covering creditor, debtor, PSP clients and clearing-house connectivity
- Prioritise work and plan so solutions land on time with the required quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders, own priorities and represent the delivery team outward
- Refine features and user stories for maximum value delivery
- Ensure backlog management, iteration planning and story elaboration
- Define objectives and track results through successful delivery
- Work in an agile environment with the expected ceremonies
